How we design your new website

We start with a questionnaire which seeks to get to the bottom of your brand, your customer base, your product range, marketing strategy, your likes & dislikes as well as mechanical considerations such as the availability of product photography and lifestyle images.

After intensive brainstorming and consultation at your project kick-off meeting, our design team creates a detailed, pixel-accurate mock-up of a potential home page, showing in detail how the various database and content-managed areas hang together. Once approved, we will work through the other important pages - categories and product pages, as well as your basket page.

Our designers use Adobe Photoshop to create high-resolution mock-ups as JPEGs from which our development teams can blend the functional components of your website and your bespoke layouts using CSS stylesheets.
